Programs, dates, locations and prices remain subject to confirmation. A booking becomes binding only after the applicable proposal, agreement, payment or enrollment confirmation is completed.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate contact, participant, accommodation and safety information and to update us if it changes. A parent, guardian or authorized organization must submit information for a child.

Payments and cancellations

The price, due dates, cancellation terms and refund rules shown during checkout or in a signed agreement control that transaction. Do not rely on general marketing text when a class listing or agreement provides more specific terms.

Safe participation

Participants and hosts must follow instructor safety directions and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, accommodations and venue conditions. We may adjust or stop an activity when safe delivery is not possible.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use this website for legitimate program research, inquiries and enrollment. Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private materials or reproduce proprietary curricula, manuals, branding or website content without permission.

Third-party services

Payment, hosting and other services may be provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or actions outside our reasonable control.

Florida law and changes
