Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by this website.

Website measurement

Retention and choices

General inquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months. Enrollment, payment and incident records may be retained longer when needed for tax, insurance, safety or legal purposes. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information; some records may need to be retained for legitimate legal or operational reasons.

Children’s information

A parent, guardian, school or authorized organization must provide child information. Children should not submit forms themselves. We use child information only for enrollment, attendance, accommodations and safe program delivery.
